Actress was spotted outside his hotel
Sienna Miller is said to have been meeting up with Balthazar Getty at an LA hotel, despite reports he's trying to get back with his wife.
The actor has been staying at the Chateau Marmont, less than 2 miles from his martial home in the Hollywood Hills, since he announced his separation from Rosetta, 38, last month.
And Sienna, 26, was spotted leaving the hotel at 4pm on Tuesday.
Onlookers say she seemed nervous as she entered the building.
‘She looked ragged,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘Her hair was a mess and she was chain-smoking.
'She was arguing on the phone, talking about her and Balthazar being caught together in Italy.’
Brothers And Sisters star Balthazar, 33, was snapped kissing a topless Sienna on holiday in Italy.
It is also thought he met up with the actress outside a Malibu grocery store on Sunday.
