JESSICA SIMPSON knows a thing or two about fashion, and she was in Las Vegas over the weekend for the World Shoe Association, where KEVIN FRAZIER caught up with her to talk dating, shoes and more shoes!

And despite all those dating rumors swirling around her, newly single Jessica insisted that she is seeing ... "nobody! I'm dating all my girlfriends," she smiled. "Who needs boys! Maybe one day, but I'm not ready for that."

As for any Valentine's Day plans, Jessica says she will hang out with her single girlfriends, rent 'When Harry Met Sally,' and devour "all the chocolate we can find!"

The multi-talented celeb was in Sin City to launch the Jessica Simpson Footwear Fall 2006 collection, a line of shoes inspired by the blonde beauty herself.

She admitted that she already has a favorite from the line -- her very own take on cowboy boots. "My friend EVA LONGORIA asked for them in every color!"

"I have always loved every facet of fashion, especially footwear, since shoes are an easy way to add a touch of luxe to any ensemble," Jessica says. "There are styles in this collection for every outfit and personality."

Jessica, who is collaborating with footwear giant VINCE CAMUTO, is hands-on when it comes to the collection, approving all products and taking part in the creative process.

The fun line of shoes is inspired by '80s glam rock with sexy wedges, clogs, sling-back heels and slouched boots that come in the season's hot colors of winter white, black, platinum silver and berry.

While the line isn't yet available in department stores, Jessica's Spring collection already hit stores this month!

Slater Files New Divorce Papers

Apparently, Christian Slater's true romance came to an end earlier than originally believed.

According to refiled divorce papers, the actor separated from estranged wife Ryan Haddon on Jan. 1, 2004, not on Jan. 5, 2005, as he claimed in his original divorce papers, which he filed on Feb. 18, 2005.

The new documents, filed Friday in Los Angeles Superior Court, seemed to indicate that Slater and Haddon have reached an agreement as to the division of property.

Slater requested that the former couple's property be divided under the terms of a written agreement between himself and Haddon. Specifics of the agreement were not made public, beyond the fact that it took effect on Aug. 8.

Britney Spears to Join Mardi Gras

NEW YORK - Britney Spears, a Louisiana native, will celebrate Mardi Gras in New Orleans later this month when the devastated city hopes to revive some its old partying ways.

"I am honored to be a part of the Mardi Gras celebration in New Orleans this year," Spears said in a statement Monday. "It is so important for this amazing city to continue its annual traditions and I am really looking forward to being involved."

The 24-year-old pop star will appear on ABC's "Good Morning America" on Feb. 28 (7 a.m EST), when the morning show reports live from New Orleans. ABC announced that Spears will bring "surprises for a group of very deserving young residents."

The Mardi Gras parade season will run from Feb. 18-28; Fat Tuesday, or Mardi Gras Day, is Feb. 28.

Kelly Clarkson might have forgotten about American Idol on Wednesday night, but few others did.

The Fox phenomenon, which launched Clarkson's award-winning career, rolled on, and rolled over, the 48th Annual Grammy Awards on CBS, helping drop the latter to its worst ratings since 1995.

In the battle of the belters from 8-9 p.m., Idol boasted an estimated 28.3 million viewers, compared to the Grammys' 15.1 million.

Hhhhmmm, for some particular reason this one is hard too swallow. I think that is a false statement. Personally after watching Jessica’s, and Nick’s show that prove's that he really did not care for the girl.

Bedside’s Ca Cee has nothing on Jessica plain and simple. The girl has a job because of her best friend! I think we need to take that into account. However, this just show’s how much we really love to read and see what’s going on in Jessica’s life. Rather it is true or false.

"She did want to do it, and then when she was on the set I think she felt uncomfortable, and I didn't want to make anybody feel uncomfortable" Ford said Tuesday on ABC's "Good Morning America."

I’ve mentioned the Dior Gaucho before and how it was bound to be 2006’s ‘It’ bag. Already, Jessica Alba has been spotted wearing it and now style maven Mischa Barton’s been sporting one too.

Personally, I’m not a great fan of these bags. They’re very different from the usual feminine elegance that defines most Dior accessories but with the success of the distressed looking Balenciaga Motorcycle and soft Chloe Paddington leather, I guess Dior decided to give it a go.

Not entirely sure of the little key and coin with Christian Dior’s face on it, but I know it’s not gunna stop any of you from pre- ordering it!

The Dior Gaucho appears to have a slight similar look of distressed leather that I tend to like. I love the edgy style that it adds to my outfit.

In another shocking celebrity breakup, LANCE ARMSTRONG and SHERYL CROW have split, according to People magazine.
