CHEERS!
Brigitte Nielsen, 41, and Mattia Dessi, 26, toast to their Feb. 21 nuptials at the Viva Dominicus Palace in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. There's only one problem: Nielsen isn't officially divorced from her fourth husband, former race car driver Raoul Meyer.
PARTY OF FOUR
The couple pose with local kids in their wedding party. Missing from the big event: Nielsen's four sons, Julian, 20 (from her marriage to Danish musician Kasper Winding), Killian, 16 (from her relationship with NFL star Mark Gastineau), and Douglas, 11, and Raoul Jr., 9 (from her marriage to Meyer).
HORSING AROUND
Nielsen's manager Luigi Balduini calls the wedding "a game." "She's not married to Mattia," says Balduini. "She knew she was still married to Raoul." Of her relationship with rapper Flava Flav, which is being documented on the VH1 series Strange Love, Balduini says: It's "more of a strong friendship. But it's very heavy."
BEACH LOVE
Dessi (clad in only his underwear and Nielsen's bridal head wreath) and Nielsen share a passionate moment on the beach. A former bartender, Dessi lives with Nielsen in Milan, where his only known job at the moment is traveling with her.
SUN AND FUN
At most, the event was more of a "renewal of their vows of love," says a Dominican legal expert. Still, it had all the trappings of a real wedding: The couple walked down a carpet of rose petals and everything was decorated in white and pink. They topped off the event by having dinner on the beach under the moonlight, PEOPLE reports.
KISS TO REMEMBER
Both Nielsen and Dessi are remaining close-lipped on their "wedding" in the Dominican Republic. "Sometimes she doesn't realize she's too spontaneous," says Nielsen's manager Balduini.
