Tori Spelling Inherits Less Than $1 Million

LePaparazzi Celebrity News Updates

Tori Spelling

Aaron Spelling, who died on June 23 at 83, left behind an estate estimated to be worth more than $300 million.

But his daughter, Tori, will inherit just a small fraction of that fortune, a source close to the actress tells PEOPLE. Aaron's will leaves Tori, 33, "less than $1 million" in cash and stocks, says the source.

Because Tori was so close to her TV mogul father, the source says, "it's disheartening to her." The inheritance includes a cash sum that Tori was to receive on Monday, 30 days after her father's death, but the source says that Tori has not yet received the money.

To contest the inheritance, Tori would have to go up against the will's executor – her mother, Candy, 60, with whom she's been feuding.

The source says that Tori is in a difficult financial situation. "It's not right that people think she's an heiress," says the source. "It's the furthest from the truth."

Actress Lindsay Lohan was overcome by the heat on a movie set and required hospital treatment, her publicist told "The Insider" Wednesday.

The 20-year-old actress was taken by private car Tuesday to a Los Angeles area hospital where she spent several hours being treated for overheating and dehydration, spokeswoman Leslie Sloan Zelnick told the syndicated entertainment show.

Lohan was filming in 105-degree weather for 12 hours Tuesday, Zelnick said. The actress was given a vitamin B-12 shot and released.

Zelnick said Lohan will return Thursday to the set of "Georgia Rule," which also stars Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman.

Zelnick did not return telephone and e-mail messages from The Associated Press.

The star of "Freaky Friday" and "Herbie: Fully Loaded," Lohan was treated at hospitals twice in January in London for a cut on her leg and in the Miami area for an asthma attack.
In 2005, she was hospitalized for exhaustion and lost a noticeable amount of weight.

Pamela Anderson confirmed Wednesday she's ready to tie the knot with Kid Rock in France. And California. And Michigan. And Tennessee.

"I'm going to get married a few times this month to the same guy," said the 39-year-old actress, who wore a white veil pulled-back from her face during a news conference about her new online poker site, PamelaPoker.com.

She said her nuptials to the rocker, whose real name is Bob Ritchie, will take place near St. Tropez, France. They are reportedly planned for Saturday.

"If Bob knew he was getting married five years ago in St. Tropez, he wouldn't have believed it," Anderson said.

The former "Baywatch" star said the celebrations will also take the former "Baywatch" star across the United States after the first ceremony.

"We had to do Malibu, we've got to do Detroit, and we've got to do Nashville," she said.
She offered no other details on the ceremonies.

Asked how she's coping with her nerves before the big event, she replied: "I have two words for you: champagne."

Anderson and Kid Rock became engaged in the Las Vegas desert in April 2002 but never set a wedding date. They broke up the following year. Anderson, 39, has two sons from her marriage to rocker Tommy Lee. Ritchie has a son.
