WEEK AHEAD: Heidi's Runway Return

Heidi Klum

Heidi Klum searches for the next great designer on the third season of Project Runway, debuting on Wednesday. PEOPLE looks at the supermodel's quest plus other events to watch for in the coming week:

SUNDAY, JULY 9: After weeks of deafening cheering and partying in the stands, the World Cup comes to a close as France and Italy go toe-to-toe for the final tournament in Berlin. And though Italy has a slight edge, oddsmakers predict it could be anybody's game. Catch the action on ESPN (12 p.m. ET).

TUESDAY, JULY 11: Now that he's recovered from his concussion after falling out of a tree in Fiji, Keith Richards and his fellow Rolling Stones are hitting the road in Milan for the European leg of their "A Bigger Bang" tour. "Excuse me, I fell off of my perch!" Richards said on the band's Web site about delaying the start of the jaunt. "Sorry to disrupt everyone's plans but now – it's FULL STEAM AHEAD! Ouch!" The stadium tour will wrap in Horsens, Denmark, on Sept. 3

WEDNESDAY, JULY 12: As Heidi Klum says in the promos for Project Runway, "everyone is on pins and needles" to see what happens in the third season of the addictive Bravo show. Expect a meltdown or two and some cringeworthy comments from judges Michael Kors and Nina Garcia as 15 designers vie for the top prize. Everybody's favorite mentor, Tim Gunn, kicks off the two-hour premiere with a casting special (9 p.m. ET).

Prepare to be scared: Nightmares & Dreamscapes, a four-part TNT miniseries based on Stephen King's short stories, kicks off with the episode "Battleground," starring William Hurt as a hit man who gets the tables turned on him. Other episodes of the creepfest feature William H. Macy, Kim Delaney and Henry Thomas of E.T. fame. (9 p.m. ET and airing July 19, 26 and Aug. 2).

NEW THIS WEEK:
• Movies (now in theaters): Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, starring Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley; A Scanner Darkly, starring Keanu Reeves, Winona Ryder and Robert Downey Jr.; Once in a Lifetime (documentary), narrated by Matt Dillon
