Smallville's most famous resident is usually clean-shaven (left, in 2004) to play an all-American superhero. But when the show's on hiatus, the former Abercrombie & Fitch model is a "T-shirt and jeans" kind of guy, who almost goes unrecognized with a full face of whiskers (in May).
