Britney Spears: Judge postponed singer's driving trial decision
Singer still doesn't know if she'll be charged for driving without a valid licence
An LA judge postponed delivering his decision yesterday on whether Britney Spears should stand trial for driving without a valid licence.
The singer’s lawyer had asked that the case be dismissed, arguing that she had a Louisiana licence when she was involved in a collision last year.
The prang, which was caught on tape by X17, happened in California – and the 26-year-old should have had a separate licence for that state.
Superior Court Judge James A Steele said he needs time to review the case before making his judgement, reports Access Hollywood.
Brit's lawyer Michael Flanagan says they will appeal if the case goes to trial.
