Shoppers watched 34-year-old Posh negotiate polished tiles in her TWIGGY-style Sixties outfit.
She was taking CRUZ, three, ROMEO, six, and BROOKLYN, nine, to a teddy party at an LA store.
An onlooker said: “She looked like she was balancing on two ballpoint pens.”
