Robbie Williams buys £12million LA home
Singer wants on-off girlfriend Ayda Field to move in with him
Robbie Williams has splashed out on a £12million mansion in LA in a bid to win back his ex Ayda Field.
The pair split last month over work commitments.
But now Robbie wants to show actress Ayda, 29, that he’s committed to their relationship.
‘Robbie has been looking for a new house for a while,’ a source tells The Sun. ‘He knew the area he liked and decided it was time to start afresh with Ayda.
‘They had a spell where he was reluctant to settle down but he wants to show her he is serious by moving into a new place together properly.’
The 7-bedroom mansion is in LA’s exclusive Beverly Park Estate region and boasts 7 bathrooms and a pool.
Neighbours will include Rod Stewart, 63, Denzel Washington, 53, and Eddie Murphy, 47.
Robbie, 34, who’s said to have signed the contract last week, also owns several properties in Chelsea, west London.
His spokesman declined to comment.
