MADONNA has sparked fears over her health after being spotted in New York looking skinnier than ever.
The singer was in the Big Apple ahead of her huge gig and was pictured leaving a Kabbalah centre with adopted son DAVID.
Fans will be worried as Madge looked a shadow of her former self, appearing gaunt and frail.
Her New York gig comes in the middle of her Sticky and Sweet Tour and keeping up with her grueling schedule may well be affecting her.
Madonna's publicist LIZ ROSENBERG said earlier this week: "She may look thinner than usual but she was dancing and singing better than ever and ate a nice healthy meal."
