Working lunch ... Paris Hilton poses with fans while waiting for her snack
PARIS HILTON'S love of footlongs brought Tokyo to a standstill yesterday.
The heiress, who's visiting Japan on business, reportedly instructed her limo driver to pull over to the side of the road before sending him off to grab her a Subway sandwich.
In the meantime, Paris posed with fans still sitting in the back of her Rolls Royce, waiting for her order.
However, the number of fans flocking to the limo steadily increased, blocking one of Tokyo's main roads.
