In today's latest celeb news, 25-year-old British actress Carey Mulligan, who plays Michael Douglas' daughter in the hit movie Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps, reports that she was intimidated working with esteemed director Oliver Stone and legendary actor Douglas.
The young star, noted for her fresh and unique fashion style, was used to auditioning multiple times for roles, and the new Wall Street marked the first time she didn't have to do that. “You get on set and you feel that you've got to be doubly, extra good because you've got to prove that they haven't made some horrible mistake,” she told the Boston Herald.
Mulligan also had another big event recently: bringing home boyfriend and co-star Shia LaBeouf to meet her parents. Though she was circumspect about her relationship with LaBeouf, she's been seen looking very happy in his company recently.
