She apparently can't help being a staple of celebrity news and gossip: Lindsay Lohan, who recently failed a random drug test, is busy getting her legal ducks in a row, dropping a lawsuit against E-Trade after a Super Bowl commercial that obliquely made reference to her drinking problem, and figuring out her next steps regarding her criminal charges in California.
On Monday, a Beverly Hills judge revoked Lohan's probation and issued an arrest warrant. After spending less than two weeks of a 90-day sentence in jail, and 22 days of a 90-day rehab stay, the mills churning out the latest celebrity news say that with her latest failed drug test Lohan finally “gets it,” as far as figuring out she has a real problem and needs to address it. A hearing will be held Friday morning to determine what the next steps are.
