Sharon Stone Denies Botox Rumours

Sharon Stone has hit back at reports she wanted her adopted son to have Botox in his feet to stop them smelling.

Last month, a court ruled that Roan, 8, should live permanently with her ex-husband Phil Bronstein, 57, in San Francisco.

But the Basic Instinct star insists the allegations, listed in official documents, aren’t true.

‘This week it was reported in connection with Sharon Stone's custody dispute that she wanted to have her young 8-year-old son undergo Botox treatment at this time for his feet,’ rep Martin Singer tells Entertainment Tonight.

‘Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication. Sharon loves her son Roan and only wants the best for him.’

Sharon divorced Phil, 57, in 2004 after six years of marriage.

She has been given visitation rights to see Roan at weekends and during holidays.

Sharon Stone has denied she wanted her eight-year-old son to get Botox treatment to cure his smelly feet.

The rebuttal comes after Sharon was accused of "overreacting to many medical issues involving her son Roan", in a Tentative Statement of Decision made by a San Francisco judge in Sharon's custody battle over adopted Roan with her ex-husband Phil Bronstein.

However, the 50-year-old actress insists she would never have made such a suggestion.

Sharon's lawyer Martin Singer said: "Sharon Stone never made this statement. It is a complete fabrication. Sharon Stone sought to modify her custody arrangement with her ex-husband by having her son spend most of the school year with her.

"Although the court denied Sharon's request to modify the custody arrangement already in place, Sharon will maintain the same custody arrangement and visitation that she's had with her child for the past several years and still has joint legal and physical custody of her son.

"Sharon loves her son Roan and only wants the best for him."

The judge is standing by his original report, citing one of Bronstein's previous legal filings as the source of the Botox claims.

The original report read: "One example of an overreaction is that Stone suggested that Roan should have Botox injections in his feet to resolve a problem he had with foot odour.

"As his father appropriately noted, the simple and common sense approach of making sure Roan wore socks with his shoes and used foot deodorant to correct the problem, avoiding any invasive procedure on this young child."

As well as Roan, Sharon has two other sons, Laird and Quinn, who she adopted after her divorce.

Sharon Stone loses custody of son Roan

A judge in San Francisco denied the Basic Instinct star's request for primary custody of her 8-year-old son Roan.

Roan has been living with his father, newspaper executive Phil Bronstein, who Stone divorced in 2004 after six years of marriage.

The judge ruled that Bronstein, executive vice president of the San Francisco Chronicle, could provide a more stable and structured home for their son.

This reaffirms a 2007 court order that he have permanent sole custody of Roan.

Stone, who has two other sons, Laird and Quinn, whom she adopted on her own, retains visitation rights.

The judge also said the parents must consult with each other before enrolling their child in any tutoring activities, and that Stone's telephone number should be programmed into Roan's mobile and home telephones.

The star's lawyer was unavailable to comment on the ruling.

The photogenic pair apparently began dating in early July after striking up a relationship while working together at Planet Hope - a charity the Basic Instinct actress set up with her sister Kelly in 1992 to help families in need. Since then they've enjoyed a string of dates, including a high-profile night out at an exclusive fashion party in LA.
