Angelina Jolie names her twin babies

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have reportedly settled on names for their new twin babies – due to be born on Tuesday.

The names – which are still as closely guarded as Angelina is in her French maternity ward right now – are said to be even more unusual as the couple's current children's – Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh.

But it's left us wondering how you get a more unusual than the name "Pax"? It's like the name of an Ikea lampshade!

Maybe they'll settle on Adonia – the Greek word for "beautiful", Mahbuba – Swahili for "beloved", or even Michiko – Japanese for "the child who learns truth".

And if one of the twins is called Michiko, maybe he/she will try to "learn the truth" behind why mum and dad pick such wacky names for their children!

Meanwhile, as the name game continues to be played, a bidding war has been launched for the very first photos of the newly born pair.

The monstrously huge bid for the snaps is said to have reached a whopping $16 million!

Gossip hounds TMZ, however report that a condition of landing the Jolie Pitt twins' first pictures is that the victor must refrain from referring to the couple by their adoptive name Brangelina.
It's been widely touted that the showbiz mega-couple hate the nickname.

The nickname is the last thing on Ang's mind at the moment though – she is obsessed with keeping the birth of her twins under wraps, allegedly covering her hospital room's windows to ward off photographers.

She's even reported to be getting stroppy with hospital staff as they're not showing her enough attention and they're starstruck.

Well they are taking part in the biggest celebrity birth of the year Ang… give them a break!

What do you think the pair will call their children?
