Womanizer has scored the biggest chart jump to No1 in Billboard Hot 100 history after climbing an impressive 95 spots from last week's 96.
It is the first time the Toxic singer has been on top since her debut single Baby, One More Time in 1999.
The song tops the new chart thanks to download sales of 286,000 - the biggest opening-week tally by a female artist since tracking digital downloads began.
The track hits shelves on November 24.
