Once again stripped down for the latest campaign for Emporio Armani underwear, the hunk has been set to unveil his new posters for the Italian underwear giant at the Macy's, San Francisco on June 18.

Created pros and cons over his sexy underwear ad for Giorgio Armani, which was unveiled in December last year, David Beckham however is eager to do his second ad for the line. The soccer stud strips down for Armani, again.

The new posters of the father of three for the Armani campaign have surfaced. He's set to unveil his new campaign Wednesday, June 18, greeting some very lucky fans at the Macy's in San Francisco. The effort is aimed to support the Emporio Armani underwear autumn/winter 2009 collection, which will hit stores in the U.S. in August and Europe in July.

David's latest campaign for Emporio Armani was shot at a beach in Malibu, Calif. by renowned fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggot. Two saucy promotional ads feature a bikini-briefs-wearing David reclining on a post at the beach, the sneak peek of which are available after this news.

The images will debut in the August edition of Vanity Fair, and then will appear in various sport, fashion and lifestyle magazines. Creative also will be featured at Emporioarmani.com.

David was signed as the face of Armani underwear in November last year. His first ad for the range was unveiled the following month. The ad showed him posed in a mega tight and bulging white briefs with an Armani logo.

Already inked a 3-year deal with the Italian underwear giant, reportedly worth around $40 million, David is praised by fashion designer, Giorgio Armani as "a modern day icon in that his fame extends well beyond the realm of soccer."

"He represents a notion of modern masculinity: as a sports hero, husband and father. He is also a man with a great sense of style. There was a time when soccer players were not always considered to be fashion role models. David Beckham has helped to change that," so the popular fashion designer said.

Charlie Sheen Apologizes for Curse-Filled Voicemail to Denise Richards

Charlie Sheen is apologizing for a three-year-old voicemail that ex Denise Richards made public.

The voicemail included a curse-filled rant from Sheen calling Richards – the mother of their two young daughters Sam, 4, and Lola, 3 – a "f--king c--t" and a "f--king n----r."

In response, the Two and a Half Men star said in a statement released Wednesday, "I deeply apologize by my choice of words to all I have obviously offended; especially to Tony Todd, an African-American, who was my best man at my first two weddings."

Sheen added, however, that "three and one-half years later, the reasons that caused the anger and frustration displayed on that voice mail continue to be manifested on a daily basis" because "my children did not show up today for a custodial visit without explanation."

Sheen – who wed Brooke Mueller last month – has been in a bitter public feud with Richards since they split in 2006. She recently revealed that he gave their daughters necklaces before asking for them back.

Britney Spears to help deliver sister's baby

She may not have the world's best parenting skills, but that hasn't stopped Britney Spears from flying home to help her little sister, Jamie Lynn, give birth.

The troubled pop star, whose erratic behaviour led a court to bar her last year from seeing her own two children, flew from Los Angeles to New Orleans today and then headed home to the family mansion in Kentwood, Louisiana.

Jamie Lynn Spears, a children's TV star whose pregnancy at age 17 unleashed questions about its impact on her young viewers, is scheduled to give birth any day.

Britney Spears, 26, was accompanied by her father, Jamie; her brother, Bryan; and her assistant Brett, People magazine reported.

The trip came a day after a Los Angeles court granted her father, who is acting as her conservator, permission to sell her luxurious house in Hollywood.

Spears is reported to be keen to move to be nearer the Malibu home of her ex-husband and two kids.

Charlotte Church Expecting Second Child

Charlotte Church and boyfriend Gavin Henson are expecting their second child, the singer announced on her website Wednesday.

“Here we go again!!!” the 22-year-old singer entitled her blog posting.

Church and her rugby player beau welcomed daughter Ruby Megan last September and are “delighted to announce that they are expecting another baby,” the post reads.

The Welsh singer also hosts Channel 4’s entertainment program The Charlotte Church Show and promises fans she will back for the show’s third series in July.

NEW YORK: Students at a Staten Island, New York, elementary school for autistic children sure like the way Jennifer Lopez moves.

Teacher Kathy Amati and a paraprofessional showed the video for Lopez's "Let's Get Loud" to the students at P.S. 37. The children liked it so much, they wanted to watch it every day.

They learned the lyrics and the dance moves from the video.

With their teacher's encouragement, they wrote to Lopez, hoping for pictures or an autograph. Instead, she asked to come to their graduation.

On Tuesday, the singer-actress performed "Let's Get Loud" for a group of eight 10- and 11-year-olds at their graduation ceremony.

Spice Girl Melanie Brown is set to get revenge on ex Eddie Murphy when she writes a song about him on her upcoming solo album.

The 33-year-old singer, who has a 14-month-old daughter with the actor, has penned a hate-filled track to vent her frustration at Eddie, who she claims rarely sees her daughter, Angel Iris.

She told Britain’s New! magazine: “The working title on my new song is Beverly Hills C**k because that is what he is. He never bothers with his daughter. I mean, what kind of man is that?”

However, Brown admitted she may have to tone down the lyrics because Eddie’s legal team have asked to hear the song before the album is released.

She told the magazine, “His lawyers will be vetting the lyrics closely.”

Murphy broke up with Brown while she was still pregnant with Angel. He questioned the paternity of the baby, but a DNA test later proved he was the father.

Dad to sell Britney Spears L.A. home in Beverly Hills

Britney Spears father intends to sell her Studio City home in the latest liquidation of her assets, it was revealed in Los Angeles probate court Tuesday.

The hilltop house, located in a gated community, has been the scene of the recent drama in the singer’s life, including the night in January she was taken from the property in an ambulance and forced into a psychiatric hospital.

It was not immediately clear where she intends to move. But a source close to Spears said, “Having more privacy and wide open spaces for her to raise her boys has been a goal for some time.”

In March, a court granted her father, Jamie Spears, the power to “sell or dispose of” an undisclosed number of her seven cars. Jamie remains in legal control of his daughter’s affairs until a July 31 hearing.

Also, her court-appointed attorney, Samuel Ingham, said in court that Britney would be out of state for several days – but he did not offer an explanation of why or where.

Katie Holmes to make Broadway debut

Actress Katie Holmes will make her Broadway debut later this year in a revival of Arthur Miller's All My Sons, starring alongside Oscar winner Dianne Wiest and Tony winner John Lithgow, producers say.

Holmes shot to fame on the US television series Dawson's Creek before marrying actor Tom Cruise with whom she has two-year-old daughter Suri. Most recently she starred in box office flop Mad Money.

All My Sons is due to open on Broadway in the northern autumn, but a theatre and date have not yet been announced.

The play is based on a true story about a successful businessman who knowingly sold the government defective plane parts during World War II with tragic consequences.

The truth comes out and his life unravels when his son marries his business partner's daughter, to be played by Holmes.

All My Sons was first performed on Broadway in 1947 and won Tony Awards for Miller and director Elia Kazan.

It was adapted for a 1948 feature film starring Edward G Robinson and Burt Lancaster and then performed again on Broadway in 1987.

Pamela Anderson: My Mom wishes I was Gay

After recently reuniting with Tommy Lee, Pamela Anderson is opening up about why she “can’t get rid of” the rocker, and she’s chatting about her new reality show—and why her mom wishes she were a lesbian.

Anderson’s reality show, tentatively called Pam—Girl on the Loose, debuts this summer on E!.

Although it’s not yet clear what role ex-hubby and current flame Tommy Lee will have on the show, Anderson says the two are destined to be together.

“I can’t get rid of him,” she tells Radar magazine in its July/August issue. (The divorced duo married in 1995 and have two kids together, Brandon, 12, and Dylan, 10.)

These days, the former Playboy Playmate adds, the Motley Crue drummer is keeping especially close tabs on Anderson.

“For some reason, Tommy has me Google Alerted,” she says. “He’ll always be like, ‘What’s this?’ ‘What’s this?’ He gets every single thing. And I’m like, ‘Honey! Stop Google Alerting me!’ He loves me. I love him. But I don’t Google Alert him.”

Although Pamela and Tommy seem to be happily together again, her mom wishes she had better taste in men—or even moved on to dating women.

“Lately my mother’s said, ‘I wish you were gay, considering your choice of men,’” Anderson tells Radar.

And even though her 2004 semi-autobiographical novel Star opens with a lesbian sex scene, Anderson says she’s always been into men: “It’s really weird because I’ve never been with a girl. Writing about it was as far as it got.”

Supermodel Naomi Campbell probably won’t be advertising any hair products these days, since it appears the model is going bald.

In a photo obtained by CelebTV.com, the fiery supermodel appears to be losing her weave. In the picture, she exposes a dramatically receding hairline as she leaves the New York restaurant Cipriani.

Recently, a former photographer who worked with Campbell told the U.K.’s The Sun that her hair has been falling out for years.

“That’s been happening for a while. The hair stylist Sam McKnight said to me in the ‘90s, ‘She’d better be careful with those weaves, she’s going to lose her hair,’” the fashion photographer told the paper.

The 38-year-old supermodel was charged last month with assaulting two police officers during an alleged luggage rage incident at Heathrow Airport.

She was recently photographed with a new beau that British papers identify as a Brazilian businessman.

Last Friday, the couple enjoyed some time on the beachfront home of Girls Gone Wild mogul Joe Francis, Casa Aramara, according to People magazine.

Aniston and Mayer were first spotted together in April, and the relationship seems to be progressing.

“Jen spent time laying out on the loungers on the patio. John was always around, standing by her, making sure she was comfortable,” an onlooker told the magazine.

Before departing for Mexico, Aniston and Mayer were seen discreetly holding hands on June 12, while on a double date with Aniston’s best pal and former Friends costar Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette.

Taylor Dayne pleads no contest to reckless driving

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.: Taylor Dayne has pleaded no contest to a reckless driving charge in connection with her March 6 arrest.

Beverly Hills Superior Court Judge Richard Stone ordered the entertainer to serve two years' probation and complete a Mothers Against Drunk Driving program, district attorney spokeswoman Sandi Gibbons said.

Dayne wasn't present in court Monday and her attorney entered the plea on her behalf.

The singer had been charged with driving under the influence, but prosecutors decided the reckless driving charge was more appropriate, Gibbons said.

Best known for her 1987 hit, "Tell It to My Heart," Dayne launched a comeback in 2005that was chronicled on the VH1 series "Remaking: Taylor Dayne."

Amy Winehouse still in hospital for tests

LONDON (Reuters) - Soul singer Amy Winehouse remained in hospital on Tuesday for more tests after fainting at home on Monday and being rushed to a clinic by her father, a spokesman said.

"She's staying there for the time being," the spokesman said. "They are still not quite sure what happened and the tests were inconclusive."

The 24-year-old singer and songwriter, who has publicly battled drug problems and whose personal life has attracted widespread media attention, will stay at the private clinic for further tests, he added.

Winehouse, who won five Grammy Awards in February and enjoyed commercial success with her album "Back to Black", put her touring commitments on hold last year amid reports she had been hospitalised for severe exhaustion.

She also entered a rehabilitation clinic in January.

Winehouse is expected to perform as planned at a Nelson Mandela birthday concert in Hyde Park on June 27.

Her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, pleaded guilty this month to beating up a bartender and conspiring to pervert the course of justice by trying to pay him not to testify.

Billy Ray Cyrus: " I didn't know they were going too Strip her down!"

The Miley Cyrus photo controversy, which was a result of the actress’ Vanity Fair photo shoot, was once again the subject of debate on Tuesday’s Today show.

Miley’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, spoke publicly about the photos for the first time since the negative reaction to the June issue of the magazine.

“I didn’t know they were going to strip her down and wrap her in a blanket,” Cyrus, appearing to promote his NBC show Nashville Star, told Meredith Vieira.

He added, “I was surprised when I saw it, but hey, that’s life. Stuff happens. You gotta deal with it.”

Cyrus says he couldn’t prevent the photos due to other obligations. “I didn’t have any choice,” he said. “I had a show to do, and an obligation, to go to Washington state ... playing for the troops just back from Iraq.”

Viera asked Cyrus why he didn’t speak to someone about it after the fact, and he responded, “cause my dad always said, ‘The more you stomp in poop, the more it stinks.’”

At the time, Miley Cyrus apologized for the photos, which were taken by Annie Leibovitz.
As for the picture of Miley and her dad, striking a pose that, to some, appeared more suitable between a boyfriend and girlfriend rather than a father and daughter, Billy Ray laughed.
“That’s just a daddy who loves his daughter a whole lot,” he said.

“I am her dad, she’s my daughter. If a daddy hasn’t hugged his daughter recently, I recommend he does.”

Billy Ray and Miley are currently filming in Tennessee the Hannah Montana movie, set to be released in May 2009.

PETA was not happy when Jessica Simpson was recently photographed wearing a T-shirt with the slogan “Real Girls Eat Meat.”

The leading animal rights group fired off an angry response.

“Jessica Simpson’s meaty wardrobe malfunction makes us thankful that no one is looking to her for food advice. Chicken-of-the-Sea anyone? The woman who thought that Buffalo ‘Wings’ came from buffalos would benefit from some good veggie brain food.”

PETA continues to harp on the issue on the website where they give five reasons as to why “stupid girls brag about eating meat.”

One of the reasons is because it makes you fat. “Meat will make you fat. All the saturated fat and cholesterol in chicken wings, pork chops, and steak eventually leads to flabby thighs and love handles. I hope the upcoming “Jessica Simpson’s Intimates” line comes in plus sizes!”

The animal rights group has been known to target celebrities (ex. Olsen twins, Naomi Campbell) to help bring awareness to their campaigns.

Britney Spears Not Charged for Running Over Pap’s Foot

A paparazzi photographer who pressed charges against Britney Spears after her car allegedly ran over his foot had only himself blame for any injury it may have caused, prosecutors said in refusing to pursue the case.

After reviewing police records and a videotape of the incident last year, Deputy District Attorney Joseph D. Shidler wrote Friday that the “only way the victim’s foot could have been where the video indicates it to be was by the victim placing it in that location.”

The photographer, who was not identified in the report, filed a criminal complaint against Spears in early May, nearly six months after the alleged incident. A copy of the police complaint was not immediately available Monday, but it sought a felony charge of failing to stop after an accident involving an injury.

L.A. County District Attorney Steve Cooley’s office reviewed a videotape and photos of the incident, which don’t show the photographer being hit.

The report also describes a chaotic scene surrounding Spears, with photographers on all sides of her car and “a lot of noise and confusion” and says Spears was “driving at an extremely slow rate of speed and in a straight path.”

Winehouse taken to hospital after fainting spell

Troubled singer Amy Winehouse was hospitalized on Monday after fainting at her London home.

“Yes she fainted at home. Her dad took her to the hospital,” Winehouse’s publicist tells CelebTV.com.

“She may be there overnight for observation. She is undergoing tests.”

Last week, British police arrested two people suspected of supplying drugs to the singer, in connection with an infamous video that appeared to show Winehouse smoking crack cocaine. Still photos from the video appeared in January in a U.K. paper.

The 24-year-old Grammy winner also went to rehab in January.

Two years after Keira Knightley defended herself against anorexia rumors, the actress’ mother is bashing “playground bullies” in the press for yet again accusing her super-slim daughter of having an eating disorder.

“She has always been thin. She’s her daddy’s daughter, with his long body,” Sharman Macdonald tells Britain’s Sunday Times.

She adds that Knightley has to “eat like a horse” to maintain a healthy weight—and that the 23-year-old follows a high-protein, high-carb diet to keep her weight on target.

In 2006, Knightley blasted rumors she suffered from an eating disorder.

She said: ‘I’ve got a lot of experience with anorexia - my grandmother and great-grandmother suffered from it, and I had a lot of friends at school who suffered from it, so I know it’s not something to be taken lightly and I don’t.”

Last year the Atonement star admitted to seeing her doctor to try to pack on some weight.

“I went to the doctor to be checked out and asked him what I could do to put on weight. He told me that, for someone of my body type to get to a size 12, I would have to eat a lot of s*** food, stop exercising and drink loads,” Knightley said.

“Basically, my body type is naturally thin. There is nothing I can do about it.”

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - The on-again, off-again love affair between Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee and his ex-wife, actress Pamela Anderson, is back on again, according to Lee.

"Pamela and the kids have moved in with me," Lee told Rolling Stone in a story published on the magazine's website on Thursday. "It's awesome, man. It's definitely working. You can tell on the kids' faces -- they're happy when we're together."

Anderson's representative, Peter Asher, declined to comment.
Lee, 45, and Anderson, 40, married in 1995 and went through several breakups and reconciliations before finally divorcing in 1998. They have two sons together.

"We've only given it a try 800 times -- 801, here we go," Lee told Rolling Stone.

While apart, Anderson also married and divorced singer Kid Rock, as well as married then annulled her marriage to entrepreneur Rick Saloman.
She rose to fame as a model and actress on TV shows such as "Home Improvement," "Baywatch" and "V.I.P." She also has appeared in movies and posed for Playboy magazine.

Apart from playing in rock band Motley Crue, Lee appeared in the 2005 reality TV show "Tommy Lee Goes to College."

The pair also recorded an infamous sex tape that became public.

Billy Ray Cyrus brings ‘Hannah Montana’ home

Thanks to Billy Ray Cyrus, “Hannah Montana” is headed home. He and the real star of the Disney show, his 15-year-old daughter Miley, are busy filming the upcoming “Hannah Montana” flick in their home state of Tennessee, but, as he told OK! magazine, that wasn’t the original plan.

“When I read the initial script, it was all about me bringing Miley home to Tennessee, and we were going to go film it in Louisiana,” Billy Ray said. “To me, that was a red flag.”

That’s when “Hannah’s” dad contacted the studio suits to point out the obvious. “I called a few different people, and I said, ‘Wait a second, I really feel that Tennessee is the right place to make a movie about coming back to Tennessee,’” he told the magazine.

In an effort to seal the deal, Billy Ray, whose upcoming album just happens to be titled “Back to Tennessee,” sent photos of his hometown to Disney honchos.

“Disney came here last week, and they pulled me aside and said, ‘Thank you for bringing this film to Tennessee,’” Billy Ray explained. But, for the record, he doesn’t want credit for the relocation, as he added, “The bottom line is Tennessee sold itself. I brought it to the table and said, ‘I think it’s the right thing to do.’ It’s a great state. I’m really proud of it.”

Did Joe Simpson push Tony Romo too far?

Last week, a source told the Chicago Sun-Times that the problems between NFL quarterback Tony Romo and singer-actress Jessica Simpson were a direct result of the singer’s meddling father-manager. Now, thanks to another gabby insider, Us Weekly found out just what Papa Joe did to push Jessica’s main squeeze too far.

The first offense from the Simpson patriarch was to suggest Tony drop his agent and let Joe handle his Dallas Cowboys career and the $65.7 million contract that comes with it.

According to the Us source, Joe followed that unpopular play with an offer to publicize the quarterback’s engagement to Jessica and their eventual nuptials in the event that things ever went that far.

“If you guys have a marriage, I can (sell it) the same that I did with Ashlee,” Joe said, according to the insider.

Though Tony’s negative reaction to all that unsolicited help is said to be the reason he and Jessica are just “a trial thing” now, Joe defended his actions when Us asked him about the situation.

“It’s unfair to criticize me for what every manager does for his or her clients,” Simpson told the magazine, “And in this business, where people can quickly turn on you, who better than a parent to be working for his children?”

In the month since Nick Cannon’s became Mr. Mariah Carey, he’s racked up some high-priced purchases. But who’s really paying for them? According to the National Enquirer, all the designer duds and other treats come courtesy of his new wife’s bank account.

“Nick’s having a field day with Mariah’s moolah!” a friend of the diva told the Enquirer. “His head is spinning with the possibilities her black Amex card affords. For now, Mariah is being indulgent with his spending spree, but at the same time, it’s sent up a red flag.”

Shortly after the wedding, the actor-rapper was even seen test-driving a $120,000 Maserati Quattroporte. “He already has at least six luxury cars, including a Rolls-Royce Phantom and a Cadillac Escalade,” the insider said. “So why would he need another set of wheels? He’s taking advantage of Mariah’s generosity.”

Another Mariah pal points to Nick’s wedding bling, a heavily bejeweled band, as the sort of thing he expects Mariah to provide. “It’s garish and tacky — and yet another example of Nick’s extravagance at Mariah’s expense," the source told the magazine. “It’s as if Nick is trying to spend as much as he can as fast as he can — because deep down he knows the gravy train could stop at any time.”

Angelina Jolie never expected to fall for Brad Pitt.

The 32-year-old actress - who is currently pregnant with twins - didn't want to date another actor following her divorces from Billy Bob Thornton and Jonny Lee Miller, but couldn't resist Brad when they starred in hit 2005 movie 'Mr. and Mrs. Smith'.


She said: "After my last divorce, I said I was absolutely going to marry somebody in another field, an aid worker or something. Then I met Brad, everything I wasn't looking for, but the best man, the best father I could possibly wish for, you know?

"I don't see him as an actor. I see him very much as a dad, as somebody who loves travel and architecture more than being in movies."

Angelina also revealed although Brad, 44, only got involved in charity work when he met her, he always showed an interest in humanitarian causes.

She added to Vanity Fair magazine: "Brad's passion for international affairs was actually one of the things that brought us together. Though he wasn't as publicly active, I found him to be very aware of the world, very curious, very compassionate.

"In his private way, he had been doing a lot. When we met, we realised our common goals were that we both wanted to be involved in the world and see what we could do. When it comes to common goals - orphans, orphans' rights, children - we support each other. It brings us together and makes our relationship work."


Meanwhile, it has been claimed two US magazines are involved in a bidding war for the first photographs of the couple's twins.

People magazine and OK! magazine are both determined to get their hands on the exclusive pictures and are said to be willing to splash out a staggering $15 million to secure the rights.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz have confirmed they are expecting their first child.

The couple - who married at Ashlee's parents' Los Angeles house on May 17 - wanted to wait until Ashlee had safely gone past her first trimester, three months, before announcing the happy news.

They wrote on Pete's website friendsorenemies.com: "While many have speculated about this, we wanted to wait until after the first trimester to officially confirm we are expecting our first child.

"This is truly the most joyous time in our lives and we are excited to share the happy news and start our family."

Meanwhile, Ashlee is set to officially change her surname in honour of her new husband.

The 23-year-old singer will be known to family and friends as Ashlee Wentz and professionally as Ashlee Simpson-Wentz.

She said: "I think it's something a woman should do when they're marrying a man. It's a tradition, and I think it's a great tradition."

Fall Out Boy rocker Pete, 28, insists he would never pressurise Ashlee to change her name, but was thrilled with the decision.

Tori Spelling is to star in the 'Beverly Hills 90210' spin-off.

The actress will reprise her role as Donna Martin in the new series, alongside former co-star Jennie Garth who is returning as Kelly Taylor.

She said: "Donna Martin was such a huge part of my life. It's going to be so fun to work with Jennie Garth again and see where Donna is today. When they say you can't go home again, it's not true. I'm headed back to the zip code I know best and couldn't be happier!"

When asked about her character's role in the new show, Tori added: "Donna loved designing and wanted a career in fashion. It'll be fun to explore that storyline. And, I'm sure fans will be dying to know if she's still married to David!"

Madonna is joining forces with Mike Tyson for a charity campaign.

The pop superstar and the former boxing champion will fly to Malawi, Africa, together to promote awareness of children with HIV and AIDS after meeting at the Cannes Film Festival in France, where they are each promoting their documentary films.

A source told Britain's Daily Mirror newspaper: "Madonna thinks Mike is amazing and asked if she could have a private screening of his documentary 'Tyson' while she was in the Riviera.

"Mike agreed immediately and offered to do a favour in return. He has promised to fly with her to Malawi this summer to promote awareness of children with AIDS there."

Madonna, 49, produced and narrated the film 'I Am Because We Are', which highlights the plight of Malawi's one million orphans who suffer from the deadly disease.

The 'Crazy In Love' singer - who married rapper Jay-Z in a secret ceremony last month - has reportedly been indulging in all her favourite calorific goodies since discovering she is expecting her first child.

A pal told the New York Post newspaper: "She has gained a lot of pregnancy weight. When she gains weight, she normally does the Def Jam detox, but not now."

A source close to the actress said: "Angelina's been eating onion rings with mustard and a box of chocolates in the same sitting! She loves these bars that are dark chocolate and cinnamon mixed with Mexican chillies for an added kick."

Sarah Jessica Parker had to beg curators of Washington D.C. museum The Smithsonian to return her Sex And The City character's desk and laptop, so she could use them in the forthcoming movie.

Parker reveals bosses at the institute were so reluctant to return them - it took a personal phone call from the star herself.

They only released it back (for use for the film) after I made several personal calls. When it was suggested I use a replica because no one would know it a replica, I said 'I will know.' Mischa Barton has kickstarted a bitter war of words with a paparazzo who snapped her sunbathing topless in Australia.

Barton, 22, is furious images taken by Jamie Fawcett have appeared in an Australian magazine and online. Several snaps show her topless and with cellulite on her thighs.

And the actress has accused Fawcett of disrupting her vacation with her mother Nuala on Hamilton Island, off Australia's East Coast.

She says, "He's a ridiculous human being. I've never abhorred anyone more. I was so angry, I went up to him and said how disappointed I was with his behaviour. He apologised but he was very insincere."

But Fawcett claims he warned Barton about stripping off before he had even captured her on film - and insists she could have found a private spot to seek an all-over tan.

He tells the Sydney Daily Telegraph, "We spoke to each other on the island, and that's when I showed her my camera and I hadn't taken any shots of her topless.

"I did warn her it was a public place, and if she wanted privacy she shouldn't be there.

"I'm not a perv, and I didn't intentionally mean to embarrass her. I don't just set out and start my day thinking I want to get any celebrity topless."

Barton isn't the first celebrity to clash with Fawcett; in 2005 he was accused by a newspaper of planting listening devices in Nicole Kidman's Sydney home.

In February this year (08) he lost a defamation lawsuit against the newspaper, after Kidman told a court she feared for her life after being pursued by him - and was forced to employ round-the-clock security for her and her family as a result.

Mariah Carey wed actor/rapper Nick Cannon at her home in the Bahamas, according to the latest reports swirling around the couple's shock marriage.

Carey and Cannon staged a spontaneous marriage ceremony earlier this week (beg28Apr08) after dating for just a month.

New York gossip columnist Paula Froelich, who broke the wedding story, claims Carey refused to sign a pre-nuptial agreement before marrying for a second time.

She adds that so few people were at the ceremony that "you could probably count them on two hands.".
